Although it can be easily overlooked, there are ways in Word to change the default settings to anything you want. (Please note that The Verge does not actually condone cheating on your essays. (That’s 847 words you don’t need to write, which is more than twice the length of this post!) If necessary, use the scroll bars on the right to view more characters. Look in the grid for the symbol you want. If you doing some other function, such as filling out a Web form, select Times New Roman as the Font.
